A HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) O-Ring is a type of synthetic elastomer seal commonly used in applications that require resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, and oil. It is made by hydrogenating NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) to increase its resistance to heat, ozone, and chemical degradation.

HNBR O-Rings are highly resistant to heat, with a continuous operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, making them suitable for use in high-temperature applications such as automotive engines, oil and gas industries, and chemical processing plants. They are also highly resistant to chemicals, such as acids, bases, and solvents, as well as to ozone and weathering.
